How it works

To begin with, we will visit your site to discuss your aspirations for the project. As part of this initial consultation, we will be able to better understand your site and begin to establish a design brief.

Based on the initial design brief, we will begin to explore the potential for your new home against key site considerations.

Stage 3 will continue to develop an option leading on from Concept Design. A further detailed approach will be taken to the design in order to develop the proposal ahead of planning.

Upon completion of the planning stage, we will develop the project in greater detail through technical drawings suitable for tender and construction. During this stage we would manage all other consultants, statutory regulations and suppliers in preparation for construction.

During the construction stage of the project, Project Management or Contract Administration forms a crucial role in managing the build. Throughout this phase of the project, our meticulous attention to detail and coordination skills will help the project team in delivering the build.
